The Store Manager will build and drive a customer-led culture through leading by example and delivering excellent service standards. You inspire and mentor a diverse team of fashion enthusiasts to reach set KPIs and sales targets – celebrate the wins and encourage the team to be proud of the contribution they have to the wider business strategy!
